I recently filed an insurance claim for hail damage to a small group of townhomes in Belton, TX. The property has 17 units in two buildings. I spoke to Craig Cunningham at Applied Claims Group. We texted, emailed, and spoke on the phone during the time period the work was being done, both before and after. He sent pictures as the work was progressing. He helped us through some bumps in the road because we were selling the building and it was in escrow. He cheerfully communicated with me as the seller, the buyer, and the realtors, explaining everything concerning the roof in a precise, easy to understand manner. The work was done above and beyond what I expected, including an upgrade to architectural shingles and other work that needed to be done, such as chimney caps. decking repairs, and siding on the chimney’s, at no extra cost above my deductible.

I would not hesitate to recommend the Applied Claims Group, the Premier Program, and Brian Warrick. They were simple to work with and the work was excellent. I will definitely use them again in the future if circumstances warrant it.
